Sydikov Akmal graduated from the St. Petersburg Pediatric Medical Academy (currently - St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University (SPBGMU) in 2009.At the end of 2009, he completed a three-month clinical internship at the Vivantes Clinic in Berlin, Germany. From 2010 to 2011, he studied in clinical residency at the Department of Dermatovenerology, specializing in Dermatovenerology. From 2011 to 2012, he was trained in a clinical internship in the specialty pathological anatomy at the Department of Pathological Anatomy with a course in forensic medicine. From October 2012 to December 2013, he was a full-time postgraduate student at the Department of Dermatovenerology of St. Petersburg State Medical University. The topic of his dissertation is "Clinical and morphological characteristics of large- and small-plaque parapsoriasis”. On December 26, 2013, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the basis of the I. I. Mechnikov Northwestern Medical University on specialties 14.01.10 - skin and venereal diseases, 14.03.02 - pathological anatomy. From January 2014 to January 2015, he studied at the internship at the Department of Oncology with the course of Radiology at SPbSPMU. On June 3, 2019, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the basis of the Kirov Military Medical Academy in the following specialties: 14.03.02 - pathological anatomy and 14.01.10 - skin and venereal diseases on the topic "Erythroderma. Clinical-morphological, molecular-genetic and differential diagnostic features". From March 17, 2020 to November 27, 2020, he worked as the head of the Department of Science Development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From November 28, 2020 to April 27, 2021, he worked as the head of the department for the formation of the need for medicines and medical devices in state medical institutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2020, on the initiative of A.A. Sidikov, the Department of “Dermatooncopathology” at the Tashkent State Dental Institute was organized for the first time in the world. Before moving to Fergana, he was the head of this department. At the age of 33, he was appointed rector of the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health (FMRI). At the age of 34, he was awarded the academic title of "Professor" in the scientific direction "Pathological Anatomy", "Dermatovenerology" of the International Academy of Fundamental Education of the UNESCO Network. Under the guidance of A.A. Sidikov, 2 PhD theses were successfully defended. According to the rector's initiative, for the first time among the medical Universities of the CIS countries, the USA training model was introduced at the Institute, namely the USMLE (United States Medical License Examination) program. Since 2012, he has been a member of the European Academy of Dermatologists and Venereologists (EADV) and a member of the European Society for Dermatological Research (ESDR). Author and co-author of more than 100 scientific papers, including 7 inventions in the field of dermatology, 5 teaching aids, one federal clinical recommendation and an innovative electronic textbook, 3 monographs and 4 manuals published in leading peer-reviewed journals in Russia and Europe. Nominee for the Russian President 's Award in the field of science and innovation for young scientists 2018. Laureate of the prize for young scientists, young candidates of sciences of universities and academic institutes located in St. Petersburg. Winner of the Michael Hornstein Prize of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. He was awarded the badge of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Mehr sakhovat" (Mercy and generosity). He was awarded the badge "30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Duties and Responsibilities of the Head of Department
1) Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal documents

Ensure implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan related to education and healthcare; Decrees, Orders, and resolutions of the president; Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers; Board decisions, orders, and instructions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education; as well as official memoranda and telegrams.

2) Educational development and adoption of best practices

Study development trends in the education systems of advanced countries.

Develop and implement modern methods and new pedagogical technologies to fulfill the tasks specified in the Law “On Education”, the National Program for Personnel Training, and other educational regulations, as well as Presidential and government decisions aimed at developing education and healthcare systems.
3) Department management and documentation

Participate in discussion and resolution of department-related issues at the institute level.

Approve the department work plan, individual work plans of academic staff and employees, and other departmental documents in accordance with established procedures.
4) Organization of the teaching–learning process and quality control

Distribute teaching workload among department staff and monitor timely and high-quality completion.

Conduct all types of classes included in curricula in accordance with state educational standards, ensuring a high theoretical, scientific-methodological, and professional level.

Ensure full and high-quality delivery of laboratory classes; promote sponsor engagement to equip laboratories with modern instruments and equipment.

Kadirova Munira is a Doctor of Sciense (DSc) in Pedagogical Sciences, Professor. She has served as the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health.She was born on November 23, 1984, in Dustlik settlement, Kuvasay city, Fergana region. In 2006, she completed her Bachelor’s degree at the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. In 2009, she graduated with a Master’s degree from Fergana State University. According to her educational background, her specialty is Pedagogy. Since 2009, she has been working at the Fergana Institute of Public Health, where she has served as a department lecturer and department head. She is currently performing her duties as the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Physical Education. M. R. Kadirova has nearly 15 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical activity. In 2018, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation in Pedagogical Sciences entitled: “Modernization of the Development of Students’ Creative Activity in the Study of a Foreign Language at a Non-Linguistic Higher Education Institution.” Throughout her professional career, she has published more than 50 scientific articles, including 2 articles indexed in Scopus, over 70 theses, as well as a monograph and numerous textbooks and teaching manuals.

Ashurova Manzura is a Candidate of Medical Sciences (PhD) and the Head of the Department of Communal and Occupational Hygiene. She was born in 1969 in Fergana city, Fergana region. In 1992, she graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute. She began her pedagogical career in 1992 at the Department of Anatomy and Histology of the newly established Medical Center at Fergana State University. From 1998 to 2001, she studied in a targeted postgraduate program in Hygiene. From 2001 to 2012, she worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Communal and Occupational Hygiene, and since 2012, she has served as the Head of the Department. Under the guidance of renowned professors N. M. Demidenko and B. M. Mamatqulov, in 2005 she successfully defended her PhD dissertation in the specialties 14.00.07 — Hygiene and 14.00.33 — Social Hygiene and Healthcare Organization, on the topic: “The Influence of Occupational and Socio-Hygienic Factors on the Morbidity of Workers at Nitrogen Fertilizer Enterprises.” During her academic and scientific career, she has published more than 35 articles, over 50 theses, a monograph, and numerous educational manuals.

Suyarqulova Madhiya is a Candidate of Medical Sciences (PhD). She was born in 1965 in Fergana city. In 1989, she graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at Andijan State Medical Institute. From 1998 to 2012, she held various positions at the Fergana Regional Maternity Hospital. Since 2013, she has been serving as the Chief Physician of the Fergana Regional Perinatal Center. Since 2010, she has been working at the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy: 2010 — Assistant at the Department of Surgery, 2017 — Assistant at the Department of Theory and Practice of Nursing, 2021 — Senior Lecturer at the Department of Traumatology and Obstetrics-Gynecology. In 2021, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation on the topic: “Improvement of Perinatal Care in the Prevention of Preterm Births and Its Effectiveness in Reducing Reproductive Losses” at the Academic Council of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences. She has participated in numerous international and national scientific-practical conferences. Since 2022, she has been serving as the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Akhmadaliev Rustamjon was born in 1975 in the Fergana region. In 1992-1998, he graduated from the Fergana branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute. In 1998-2000, he worked as a doctor of the Environmental Department of hygiene of children and adolescents of the Koshtepa district state sanitary epidemiological Control Center. In 2000-2005, an assistant of the Department of general, communal and labor hygiene of the Fergana branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute. In 2005-2016, he worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of communal and labor hygiene of the Fergana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. In 2016-2018, the head of the educational methodological, monitoring and internal control department of the Fergana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy worked. From 2020-2022, a senior teacher of the Department of municipal and labor hygiene has been working as head of the Department of research, innovation and training of scientific and pedagogical personnel since 2022. In 2018, on the specialty 14.00.07-hygiene, he conducted a Ph. D. thesis on the topic "hygienic problems of bartending existing hygienic problems at glass bonuses". A total of 60 scientific articles have been published, of which 32 articles have been published in scientific publications recommended for publication of the main scientific results of dissertations of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including 15 in Republican and 27 in foreign scientific journals. Author of two textbooks, one monograph, 10 teaching aids, 6 methodological recommendations, 2 inventions and 4 rationalization proposals.

In 1998, he graduated from the Fergana Branch of Tashkent State Medical Institute with a specialty in Medical Prevention. By profession, he is a General Practitioner. U.A. Boltaboyev has nearly 23 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work. In 2019, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Medical Sciences on the topic: “Optimization of Working Conditions in Footwear Manufacturing Enterprises.” Throughout his career, he has published more than 25 scientific articles, including 2 Scopus-indexed papers, over 40 abstracts, 1 monograph, and numerous educational manuals.

Shermatov Rasuljon is a Candidate of Medical Sciences (PhD) and Associate Professor. He was born on August 5, 1966, in the Buvayda district, Fergana region. In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of Pediatrics at Andijan State Medical Institute. By profession, he is a pediatrician. Since 1994, he has been working at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health, starting as an assistant of the department, then senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the academic department, and holding several leadership positions. He is currently the Head of the Department of Pediatrics. R.M. Shermatov has nearly 27 years of scientific and pedagogical experience and 29 years of practical medical experience. In 2011, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation on the topic “Morphofunctional Basis of Adaptive Remodeling of the Gastric Mucosa after Total Resection of the Colon.” Throughout his career, he has published over 50 scientific articles, more than 80 abstracts, a monograph, and numerous educational manuals.

Kattakhanova Rabiya is the Head of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health. She was born on April 24, 1962, in Fergana to a working-class family. In 1979, she graduated from secondary school with a gold medal. In 1985, she graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at Andijan Medical Institute with distinction. From 1985 to 1986, she completed a specialized internship in anesthesiology and resuscitation at the City Hospital No. 3 in Fergana. From 1986 to 1989, she worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at the Fergana Regional Hospital. In 1989, she entered the postgraduate program at the All-Union Scientific Surgical Center in Moscow. In 1992, she defended her PhD dissertation on the topic: “The State of the Prostacyclin-Thromboxane System in Patients after Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery.” In 1992, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at Andijan Medical Institute. From 1993 to 2000, she was responsible for the Anesthesiology and Resuscitation Department at the medical unit of the Fergana Textile Plant. Since 2000, she has worked at the Fergana Branch of Tashkent Medical Institute, and later at Tashkent Medical Academy as a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor. Since 2020, she has been serving as the Head of the Department of Internal Disease Prevention. R.Y. Kattakhanova is the author of over 100 scientific articles and abstracts, and 30 scientific and methodological manuals.

Mamadaliev Nemat is a Candidate of Philosophy (PhD) and Head of the Department of Social Sciences. He was born on January 18, 1961, in the village of Poloson, Oltiariq district, Fergana region. In 1984, he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Economics at Tashkent State University (now Uzbek State University) and was assigned to work at the Department of Philosophy of Fergana Polytechnic Institute. From 1987 to 1990, he studied in the postgraduate program at Tashkent State University and in 1990 received the degree of Candidate of Philosophy (PhD). Throughout his career, he held various positions: lecturer at the Department of Philosophy of Fergana Polytechnic Institute, Department of Philosophy and Logic at Fergana State University, Deputy Hokim of the city of Hamza (Oltiariq district), and head of the Fergana Regional Customs Service (1999–2013, Customs Service Major). Since 2015, he has been serving as Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences. N.Q. Mamadaliev is the author of the textbook “Fundamentals of Religious Studies” (co-author), 2 educational manuals (co-author), 8 methodological guides, and more than 50 scientific articles and abstracts, including 5 published in Scopus-indexed journals and international journals with high impact factor. Currently, under the supervision of PhD in Philosophy Qodirqul Rozmatzoda, he is conducting scientific research (dissertation) on the topic: “Personal Freedom as the Fundamental Basis for the Formation of the National Idea.”

Fattakhov Nusratullo Head of the Department of Faculty and Hospital Surgery at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health. He was born in 1958 in Margilan, Fergana region. From 1977 to 1983, he studied at Andijan State Medical Institute (bachelor’s degree), and in 1983–1984 completed an internship in surgery. From 1984 to 1988, he worked as a surgical expert at the VME department in Margilan. From 1988 to 1992, he completed postgraduate studies at Leningrad LIUVEK. In 1992, he defended his PhD dissertation at the Military Medical Academy on the topic: “Late Complications of Acute Cold Injuries of the Hands and Feet and Their Assessment for Work Capacity.” From 1993 to 1997, he worked as a surgeon at the FNQIZ hospital. From 1997 to 2005, he served as a surgeon-expert in the polyclinic of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs. From 2005 to 2008, he worked at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a lecturer, then as head of the medical department. Since 2008, he has been retired from military service. From 2020 to 2021, he was a senior lecturer at the Department of Anatomy at FBTМA. Since September 2021, he has been serving as Head of the OHTA Department at the Fergana Institute of Public Health. He is the author of 2 educational manuals, 2 monographs, 7 teaching-methodical guides, and 26 scientific articles. In 2022, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in recognition of his scientific achievements. Currently, he is conducting research for his Doctoral Dissertation (DSc) on the topic: “Study of the Synergistic Effects of Nutrition and Hirudotherapy to Enhance the Therapeutic Effectiveness in Hypertension Prevention.”

Khamrakulov Tulkin candidate of medical sciences, doctor of sanitary hygiene and epidemiology. In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of the Tashkent State Medical Institute. Education: sanitary hygiene and epidemiology. She is the Head of the Department of Histology and Biology at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health. From 1992 to 1998, she studied at the Fergana Branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute. From 1998 to 2002, she worked as a specialist at the Fergana Regional State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center. From 2002 to 2005, she pursued postgraduate studies at the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute. From 2005 to 2015, she worked as an Assistant at the Department of Medical Fundamental Sciences of the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. From 2015 to 2018, she continued her work as an Assistant at the same department. From 2019 to 2020, she served as the Head of the Department of Medical Fundamental Sciences at the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Since the 2020–2021 academic year, she has been working as the Head of the Department of Histology and Pathological Anatomy. In 2019, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation in Medical Sciences entitled: “Structural Features of the Thymus in Thyroid Gland Dysfunctions.” M.T. Yuldasheva is the author of 1 monograph, 1 patent, 4 textbooks, 35 scientific articles, and 38 abstracts. Currently, she is conducting scientific research on the physical development of children and adolescents living under the natural and climatic conditions of the Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions.

Abdulxakimov Arsen was born in 1987 in Rishton district of Fergana region. In 2006, he was admitted to Andijan State Medical Institute and graduated in 2016. In the same year, he began his professional career as an assistant at the Department of Medical Fundamental Sciences of the Fergana branch of Tashkent Medical Academy. From 2017 to 2021, he worked as a pediatric surgeon at the Central Multidisciplinary Polyclinic of Fergana city. During 2021–2025, he served as an assistant at the Department of Faculty and Hospital Surgery of the Fergana Institute of Public Health. In 2024, he defended his dissertation entitled “Correlation of morphofunctional parameters of the external ear in children with anthropometric indicators” at the Academic Council of Tashkent Medical Academy and was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Sciences (PhD). In 2025, by a special order of the Rector of the Fergana Institute of Public Health, he was appointed Head of the Department of Normal Anatomy. He is the author of a number of educational, methodological, and teaching manuals. During his scientific career, he has published 3 monographs, 3 textbooks, and more than 30 scientific articles. Kholikova Oyistakhon was born on January 21, 1971, in Marhamat district of Andijan region. In 1988, she was admitted to the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute and successfully graduated in 1993. From 1994 to 1995, she worked as a pharmacist-chemist at the “Mo‘miyo” pharmacy in Marhamat district of Andijan region. During 1995–1997, she was employed as a pharmacist at the internal pharmacy of the Central Hospital of Marhamat district. From 1997 to 2006, she worked as a pharmacist-technologist at the private “Eldorbek” pharmacy in Marhamat district of Andijan region. Between 2006 and 2020, she served as the head of the private enterprise “Inter Farma Servis” in Fergana city. During this period, she earned public recognition for providing affordable and high-quality pharmaceutical products to the population. O. Xoliqova has 2 years of academic and pedagogical experience and 25 years of professional experience as a pharmacist. She is the author of more than 20 scientific articles and abstracts, 2 educational-methodological manuals, 1 textbook, and 1 monograph.

Khaydarov Azizjon is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Sciences and the Head of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health. He was born on October 5, 1981, in Uchkuprik District of Fergana Region. In 1999, he entered the Faculty of General Medicine at the 1st Tashkent State Medical Institute and graduated in 2006 from the Tashkent Medical Academy. From 2006 to 2009, he completed his Master’s degree in Traumatology and Orthopedics at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Military Field Surgery of the Tashkent Medical Academy. In 2011–2012, he worked as a traumatologist-orthopedist at the Republican Specialized Center for Joint and Hand Surgery. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a Junior Research Fellow at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Tashkent Medical Academy. From 2014 to 2016, he pursued doctoral studies (doctoral candidate) in Traumatology and Orthopedics at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Military Field Surgery of the Tashkent Medical Academy. On May 10, 2018, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Medical Sciences (specialty 14.00.22 — Traumatology and Orthopedics) entitled: “Optimization of the Instrumental-Surgical Method in the Treatment of Metacarpal Bone Fractures and Their Complications.” He is the author of more than 70 scientific publications. In 2019 and 2021, he completed advanced training at the Main Scientific and Methodological Center, and in 2020 — in the Republic of Belarus. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Surgical Diseases No. 2 of the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Rasulova Mokhidil - was born in 1985 in Fergana district. In 2019, he worked as an assistant at the department in charge of academic affairs. In 2019, he participated in an international conference organized by the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Ahmad Yassavi and was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree. Rasulova Moxidil Tursunalievna has been working as an independent researcher at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute since 2018 and has been defending her PhD in Biology since 2020. In accordance with the order of the Fergana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy dated 18.08 2020 No 282 "Reorganization of departments" was appointed head of the Department of Normal and Pathological Physiology. During 2016–2017, she continued working as a General Practitioner at the same medical institution. Since 2018, she has been working as an assistant at the Department of Internal Diseases and Nursing of the Fergana филиал of Tashkent Medical Academy. In 2020–2021, she studied as a trainee-researcher at the Fergana branch of Tashkent Medical Academy. In 2021–2022, she was a PhD doctoral candidate at the Department of Nervous Diseases of Tashkent Medical Academy. Since September 5, 2022, she has been working as the Head of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry, Narcology, and Medical Psychology at the Fergana Institute of Public Health. A.R. Yuldashov Fayzulla was born in 1956 and is of Tajik nationality. In 1978, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine. His professional qualification according to the diploma is General Practitioner (Diploma G-I No. 297337, dated June 20, 1978). He obtained the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in 1992 and has held the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences since 1998. In 1998, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Specialized Council No. D.087.09.01 of the Second Tashkent State Medical Institute in the specialty 14.00.40 — Urology, entitled: “The Incidence of Urolithiasis in Uzbekistan and Ways to Reduce It” (Doctoral Diploma No. 04-000887, April 15, 1999). His total professional experience amounts to 44 years, including 30 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, of which 20 years are teaching experience. He has been working as a Professor for more than 8 years. In 1998, he graduated from the Fergana branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute. In 2000, he worked at the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute as an assistant in the department of "Child and Adolescent Hygiene". Since 2020, he is the head of the Department of "Nutrition, Child and Adolescent Hygiene" at the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute and PhD in the presence of the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute. 04/30.09.2020.Tib.122.01. is working as a secretary of a scientific seminar under the scientific council that grants digital scientific degrees. In 2018, as an independent researcher, he successfully defended his scientific work on the topic "Kindness" approved by the Higher Attestation Commission. M. Ashurova is the author of more than 45 articles, more than 30 theses and more than 15 methodological manuals, 2 sanitary norms and rules.

Saydaliev Sultangazi From 1976 to 1982, he was a student of the Samarkand State Medical Institute, and from 1982 to 1983, he was an intern at the children's clinic of the Andijan State Medical Institute specializing in "Surgery." From 1983 to 1988, he was the physician-ordinator of the pediatric surgery department of the Fergana Regional Children's Hospital, from 1988 to 2000, he was the head of the pediatric surgery department of the Margilan City Unified Children's Hospital, from 2000 to 2011, he was the head of the emergency pediatric surgery department of the Fergana branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care, from 2011 to 2015, he was the deputy chief physician for surgery of the general department of the Fergana branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care, from Since 2024, he has been working as the head of the Department of General Surgery of the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health.

Akhmadaliyev Shokhrux Shukhratovich is the Head of the "Pediatrics-2" Department at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health. He was born on February 17, 1992, in the city of Kyzyl-Kiya, Osh region, Kyrgyz Republic. From 2011 to 2018, he studied at the Pediatrics Faculty of Andijan State Medical Institute, graduating with honors. From 2018 to 2021, he completed a master’s degree in pediatric anesthesiology and resuscitation at Andijan State Medical Institute, also graduating with honors. Since 2021, he has been working at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health.
He has undergone additional training in the fields of emergency cardiology, cardio resuscitation, and ultrasound diagnostics. He also works part-time as a cardio resuscitation specialist at the Fergana Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Cardiology. In 2024, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation on the topic "Methodology for the Development of Simulation-Based Educational Technologies in Medical Education (Based on the Teaching of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation)".
He has published over 40 scientific materials, with more than 30 scientific articles published in prestigious scientific journals in foreign countries, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Uzbekistan. He is also the author of two textbooks, one electronic textbook, and two monographs.
He participated in a 288-hour program on "Academic English (English for Academics)," organized in collaboration with the Main Scientific and Methodological Center and the British Council, where he mastered the principles of writing scientific papers in English. He won the "Most Active Young Doctor of the Year" competition, organized by the Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan. Additionally, he was recognized as the "Best Innovative Idea Author" at the scientific-practical conference "The Role of Youth in the Development of Science and Education," held at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2020, he participated in the ERASMUS+ "SPHERA" scientific project. He is also a participant in the "Science Startup Accelerator" projects, organized by the Advanced Technologies Center under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, and a member of the "Youth Academy" of the ministry. He is a member of the "Timbo" Scientific and Technical Society under the Korean National Cultural Center in Uzbekistan.
In 2022, he completed a one-month internship in anesthesiology and resuscitation at the Venkateshwar Multispecialty Hospital in India, gaining experience in modern approaches in the field. In 2023, he attended the European Resuscitation Council’s "Basic Life Support (BLS)" training, obtaining an instructor certificate, which allows him to conduct independent training on behalf of the council. In 2024, he completed an advanced training program in anesthesiology-resuscitation and pediatric anesthesiology-resuscitation at the EGE University Clinic in Turkey.
Shokhrux Akhmadaliyev is a mentor at the "Simulation Center" of the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health and the coordinator of the "Anesthesiologists, Resuscitators, and Intensivists" Club within the center. As part of the club's activities, he organizes the "Diagnostic Championship" intellectual game among specialists, master's students, residents, and talented students, as well as various masterclasses, workshops, and scientific-practical conferences.
