INFORMATION about the Career Day held on March 30 of this year under the leadership of the regional government, the regional labor and employment department, and the regional health department to employ students at the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute.
"Career Day" was held on March 30 of this year under the leadership of the regional administration, the regional labor and employment department, and the regional health department to employ young students in our institute. Over 30 enterprises, organizations, and medical institutions with 250 vacancies participated in the Career Day. In particular, 25 Rishton District Medical Associations, 52 Fergana District Medical Associations, 37 Yozyovon District Medical Associations, and 120 vacancies of enterprises and organizations operating in Toshloq district participated. On this "Career Day" open dialogues were held directly with employers and students. Employers and employees in labor legislation during the dialogue rights, the procedure for issuing documents required for employment opinions were exchanged. After that, the head of the personnel department of the Fergana regional health department Sh. Tolipov gave detailed information to the graduates about the available vacancies in the regional healthcare system. In turn, the students received detailed answers to their questions. Also, the employers provided information about the vacant positions and fully familiarized the students with each assigned task, agreements in the employment contract, and monthly salaries.
A job fair was held at our university under the slogan "Students are employed". The event was attended by representatives of enterprises and organizations serving in various sectors of the national economy in our region, state and private institutions operating in the regional health system, hospitals, clinics, families the heads of medical polyclinics participated with their vacancies. For information, this year 396 graduates of the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute will receive medical specialties and be sent to work in medical institutions. 52 of them are students studying based on a state grant, and 344 students are studying based on a fee contract.
